Very nice and modern hotel. Rooms have an up-to-date design with nice TVs in each room. The sitting area that over looks the marsh is nice; however, it was not heated for individuals looking to smoke outside. ...read more

The view from the hotel was amazing.
I have no complaints.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The bartender was helpful and friendly, he explained places that were interesting to see during the stay.

The beds were fabulous.
2-3 more baggage carts would be a little better. No big deal, though.

This Holiday Inn was in a nice part of the town, Beaufort. It was remarkably clean and ready to take on guests. I felt very safe there, it was constantly, but not obtrusively being cleaned or maintained outside (groundskeepers)and inside. ...read more

Awesome bed, jacuzzi in room, hotel staff, very clean.
Only 2 elevators one broke for hours had to walk up stairs - life happens.

This was an excellent stay, and I must say we were caught off guard by how nice it was the room, cleanliness, staff. Very close to Parris Island, also close to many food spots. We have never been to any ocean and the Altanic at Hilton Head beach is only 20 minutes away public beach access is to the left of Holiday Inn at Hilton Head. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful about the ceremony, what to expect and most important and be sure to ask. The back way to Parris Island to avoid the crazy traffic, and yes we have a nice GPS, but the GPS would have showed us the quickest way to sit in traffic like so many others did! Enjoy you stay. The staff was amazing.
It's hard to find an afternoon snack.

If you're in the area for a Marine graduation, this is the place to be. It's close to the base, close to restaurants, and it's got that Southern hospitality that is a must.
